Order Processing Times

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Processing time includes:

  • Quality inspection

  • Packaging

  • Order verification

  • Carrier handoff

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after processing.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size, item type, and destination.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees. These fees are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Address Accuracy

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Carrier delays

  • Refused or unclaimed packages

If an address issue is noticed before shipment, please contact us immediately.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for delivery details.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Some collections may be pre-order based. Estimated delivery windows will be shared on the product page. Pre-order timelines may vary due to production, supply chain, or carrier changes.
